Ms. Kelley Johnson joined The LDM Group, LLC, in 2023 serving as Senior Vice President, managing LDM’s Internal Program Management Office (PMO). Ms. Johnson is a highly accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience driving successful organizational change through deliberate program leadership. Ms. Johnson leverages her expertise leading Human Resources and Operations initiatives, Project/Project Management, and Change Management undertakings across federal agencies navigate through complex programs, fostering stakeholder engagement, and optimize project team allocation to drive customer satisfaction.

Ms. Johnson is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). Ms. Johnson brings thought-leadership, employee advocacies, and solid industry hands on knowledge, skill, and ability to pave the way forward.
