Lisa Morrow founded The LDM Group LLC in 2001 after a distinguished 30-year career as a Chief Human Resources Executive within Fortune 100–500 management consulting organizations. Her extensive leadership experience in human capital, organizational development, and business operations prepared her to launch LDM with a mission to drive operational excellence, workforce transformation, and strategic change.
Under her direction, LDM expanded significantly in 2014 to support Federal, State, and Local Agencies, as well as multiple branches of the Department of War (DoW). Mrs. Morrow remains committed to fostering employee fulfillment, elevating customer satisfaction, and setting industry standards for service quality and performance efficiency.
A trusted advisor to executives and clients alike, she is recognized for her ability to align people, process, and purpose. Mrs. Morrow holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and continues to guide LDM with a leadership philosophy grounded in inclusion, collaboration, and workforce respect.
