Ms. Cook brings a wealth of experience within the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry having a proven track record of dependability and meticulousness. She is an accomplished executive demonstrating accuracy and professionalism with oversight leadership of LDM’s Finance and Administration practice. Ms. Cook has a complimentary background in Human Resource Management and Business Operation to aid in driving necessary results of LDM’s organizational structure and day-to-day business objectives. As a GovCon expert, she has solid knowledge and understanding of the Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), Service Contract Act (SCA) Executive Order (E0) and Wage Determination (WD) compliances. Ms. Cook has countless experience managing and practicing DCAA compliance, while oversight of Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour, and Time & Material awards serving as LDM’s appointed executive that of leading contract negotiations, contract management, subcontractor planning and execution and Prime contract activities.

Most importantly, Ms. Cook is responsible for vendor relationships, contracts management, corporate financials, and working closely with the LDM’s leadership team to attune the way forward.
